We have worked with our partners at the HAT Ranch to develop a herd of Black Angus and Tarentaise crossed cows that deliver a consistent quality outcome and great tasting product. Our cattle spend their lives grazing lush Kentucky pastures in a low-stress, humane environment before being grain-finished for exceptional marbling and flavor. Rotational grazing helps build healthier soils while producing consistently tender, flavorful beef. Rivercrest cattle are:

  • Grass- raised and grain-finished for exceptional flavor and tenderness
  • Never given antibiotics, added growth hormones, or steroids
  • Fed high-quality feeds sourced from local producers whenever possible
  • Humanely handled throughout every stage of their lives
